How To Create Reports on Hubbler's App Studio

There are 2 kinds of reports you can create on Hubbler - On-demand Report and Scheduled Report. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of creating these reports. So let’s start.

Steps to Create a Report

Here are the steps to create a report on Hubbler:

Step 1: Go to the Hubbler’s web app home page.

Step 2: Click the MIS icon on the left side panel. 

Step 3: Click Create New Report.

Step 3: Select an app type between Custom App and Standard App, and Social. Here, we chose Custom App. You also have to select what you want your report on. 

Step 4: After clicking on that, a screen showing “On-Demand” and “Scheduled” tabs will appear. 

Step 5: Click on On-demand.

Step 6: Now select a Date Range like ‘this week’, ‘this day’, etc. You also have to select a Date Field like ‘create date & time’, 'modified date & time’, etc.

Step 7: After selecting those, scroll down. You’ll see a Report Name field. Give it a name of your choice and click Save. You can also export without saving.

Step 8: After saving, click Export to Excel to see the data in an organized format.

Step 9: For a Scheduled Report, you have to select a Frequency, a Report Frequency, and a Date Field.

Step 10:  After selecting those, scroll to the bottom. There, you’ll see the Report Name and Schedule Settings field.

Step 11: Click the toggle button to enable scheduling. After that, select what time you’d like to receive the report and the date to start that schedule. You can also add a date when you want to end the scheduled reporting.

Step 12: Now click Export to Excel to get the data in an organized format.
